The customer goal is to increase the efficiency of the stations’ daily operation, contribute to its modernization and increase passenger satisfaction. As a solution for such goals, a video telephony system was designed and developed from scratch, including software and hardware that meet the industry requirements.
Passengers will be able to make video calls to request any kind of assistance to the designated station staff or control center. A ring strategy was designed so that the passenger always gets an answer: even if no one picks the video call, a regular GSM call can be made to a predefined phone number of the staff.
This touch screen video device was designed to be used indoor or outdoor, with anti-vandalism display, camera and microphone. An induction loop can also be installed, the dimensions and the software itself can be fully customized.
The system is scalable and flexible, allowing this device to be used in multiple industries and/or scenarios.
