PBX Banking

The client is a company wanting to expand its banking business to the African market, growing into several countries at a time and with multiple agencies per country.

The core telephony system was designed to allow an interconnection between agencies in different countries enabling them to make internal company calls for free and also to scale accordingly when new agencies are in place.

Some features such as active directory. Moreover blocking and call restriction were applied, as well as integration with other banking telephony services. Multi-brand SIP telephones are supported by the system in order to allow the customer to buy hard phones locally.

A call recording module was implemented to allow banking transactions recording, if required. Opening hours, call queues management and customizable on hold music were some of other features implemented.
